Model Answer

The problem may be caused by a slow or ageing hard disk drive (HDD). An HDD stores the operating system, programs and files permanently, but it reads and writes data more slowly than a solid-state drive (SSD). This can make the computer take longer to start up, open programs and save files. I would advise checking the health of the drive, deleting unnecessary files to free up space, or upgrading to an SSD for much faster performance.
