Model Answer

The computer may not have enough RAM for all the programs that are open. RAM temporarily stores the programs and data currently being used. When too many programs are running, the available RAM can become full. The computer may then use part of its storage drive as virtual memory, which is slower than RAM. This can cause freezing, lagging and slow switching between applications. I would advise the customer to close unused programs and browser tabs, check which applications are using the most memory, or consider installing more compatible RAM.
